AN ACT relating to property tax.
     Amend various sections of KRS Chapter 134 to provide that county clerks may provide a certified electronic certificate a delinquency in lieu of delivering a certified copy of the certificate of delinquency and that clerks, sheriffs, and county attorney add-on fees are excluded from the interest calculation.
