AN ACT proposing an amendment to Section 46 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to votes required for passage of legislations.
     Propose to amend Section 46 of the Constitution to require 2/3 of the votes of the members elected to each House for any bill proposing to increase or decrease taxes; submit to voters.
