AN ACT relating to highways.
Create various new sections of KRS Chapter 176, relating to the Department of Highways, to create an adopt-a-highway advisory committee; establish membership and duties; establish an adopt-a-highway fund to be administered by the Transportation Cabinet and used to promote roadside litter cleanup programs; appropriate $500,000 each year of the biennium from the general fund to the adopt-a-highway fund.
