AN ACT relating to standards for manufactured housing.
     Amend KRS 227.570 to direct the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction to promulgate administrations regulations to adopt the most current version of ANSI A225.1, which sets health and safety standards for manufactured housing installations; require the Manufactured Home Certification and Licensure Board and the Recreational Vehicle Certification and Licensure Board to periodically review all published revisions to the standards they have adopted; require the department to adopt revised standards when the department and the boards determine that they should be adopted.
