AN ACT relating to taxpayer information.
Amend KRS 131.081 to prohibit Revenue Cabinet employees, board members of the county board of assessment appeals, and PVA's and their employees, unless authorized, from having access to an individual's tax returns or reports; amend KRS 131.190 to prohibit the information received from the IRS from being made available to any other agency of state government, to any county, city, or other state, and shall not be inspected intentionally and without authorization by any person; amends KRS 131.990 to further breakdown penalties for violations.
