AN ACT changing the classification of the City of Indian Hills, in Jefferson County.
Reclassify the City of Indian Hills, population 3,163, in Jefferson County, from a city of the fifth class to a city of the fourth class. Section 156 of the Kentucky Constitution, now repealed, but not yet superseded, requires a population of 3,000 to 8,000 for a city of the fourth class.
