AN ACT relating to pretrial diversion programs.
     Amend KRS 533.262 to except drug court diversion programs approved by the Supreme Court and the Department of Corrections from the requirement that the pretrial diversion program authorized by KRS 533.250 to 533.260 be the sole program utilized.
