AN ACT relating to actions challenging the constitutionality of legislative districts.
     Amend KRS 5.005 to delete provisions requiring that an action challenging the constitutionality of a state legislative district be brought in Franklin Circuit Court, granting exclusive venue in all redistricting matters to that court, and allowing the Legislative Research Commission to intervene as a matter of right in any action challenging the constitutionality of a state legislative district.
