Amend KRS 147a.028 increasing Department for Local Government grants to local parks to a $750,000 maximum.
HB 844 - AMENDMENTS
HCA (1, R. Webb) - Amend KRS 97.050 to allow local governments to grant tax credits for donation of land and personal property for parks; amend KRS 97.140 to allow cities to grant tax credits for the donation of land and personal property for parks projects; amend KRS 148.066 to allow local governments to grant tax credits for the donation of land and personal property for state parks.
HCA (2/Title, R. Webb) - Amend title to read, "AN ACT relating to parks and recreation."
