AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 527 to prohibit minors or students who are not minors from carrying a knife at an elementary or secondary school, school busses, and at school sanctioned events as a Class D felony. Exempt knives provided by the school for eating, for instructional purposes, or for maintenance purposes.
