AN ACT relating to motor fuels.
     Amend and create various sections of KRS Chapters 363, 67, and 67A to ban the use of methyl-tertiary butyl ether in gasoline; allow counties and urban-counties to ban the use of methyl-tertiary butyl ether if approved by a majority of the public; establish the referendum process.
