AN ACT relating to the voting rights of subdivision residents.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 116 to allow residents of a subdivision where extraterritorial subdivision regulations are exercised by a city to vote in the general elections of the city or nearest city in a joint planning unit, for the election of an executive authority and legislative body members.
