AN ACT relating to state employees.
Amend KRS 18A.140 and KRS 151B.090 to set out permitted political activities that state employees may participate in and those that they shall not participate in; provides protections for state employees that choose to participate in such activities; amend 18A.990 to set the penalty for violation by participating in forbidden activities as a Class B misdemeanor.
