AN ACT relating to the death penalty.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 532 to impose a five (5) year moratorium on executions in Kentucky, require Criminal Justice Council to make recommendations with regard to the imposition of the death penalty in Kentucky to the 2002 General Assembly by July 1, 2001.
