AN ACT relating to real estate sales associates.
Amend KRS 324.117 to allow a real estate sales associate's name to be included in the firm name after the associate has 2 years experience with the firm.
HB 881 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provision; specify that working at least 20 hours per week for 24 months constitutes two years of experience.
SFA (1, M. Long) - Add a new section to KRS Chapter 324 to permit non-attorneys to perform real estate closings.
