AN ACT relating to education paperwork requirements.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 156 to authorize the Kentucky Board of Education, at the request of a local school district superintendent, to waive reporting and paperwork requirements upon a finding of good cause, except reports required by federal law or related to health, safety, or civil rights.
