AN ACT relating to the ability of fiscal court to tax District Court, and Circuit Court filing fees and costs, in both civil and criminal cases, and sheriff's fees.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapters 23A and 24A to permit fiscal courts to assess extra costs on civil filing fees in Circuit and District Court and court costs in criminal cases in Circuit and District Court; create a new section of KRS Chapter 64 to permit fiscal courts to assess fees on sheriffs' services.
