AN ACT relating to fish and wildlife conservation.
     Amend KRS 150.010 to define "conservation officer"; amend KRS 150.090 to delete the provision allowing the commissioner to appoint persons other than conservation officers to enforce KRS Chapter 150; make technical corrections.
