AN ACT relating to the Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources Commission.
     Amend KRS 150.022 to require the Governor to appoint as a commissioner to the Fish and Wildlife Commission the candidate chosen by sportsmen rather than allow the Governor to appoint one of the top five candidates chosen by sportsmen.
