AN ACT relating to economic development.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 242 to provide for local option elections in cities or counties for alcohol sales by the drink at restaurants meeting specified criteria.
HB 912 - AMENDMENTS
HCS/LM - Retain original provisions, except clarify the wording of the provision to be voted upon regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages by the drink to be consistent with the remainder of the Act to include hotels, motels, or inns in addition to restaurants.
