AN ACT relating to restoration of voting rights for convicted felons.
     Create new section of KRS Chapter 196 to require the Department of Corrections to provide in administrative regulations for a simplified process for restoring voting rights to eligible felony offenders, provide for process, and define "eligible felony offender."
