AN ACT relating to parking regulations.
Amend KRS 189.450 to expressly prohibit parking in a fire lane, maintain exceptions for law enforcement vehicles; amend 189.990 to establish penalty for parking in a fire lane at $100 for first offense, $250 for the second offense, and $500 for each subsequent offense.

HCS - Retain the provisions of the bill and add a new subparagraph (b) to subsection (7) of Section 1 of the Act to prohibit the placement of signs or other obstructions in any place declared to be a fire lane by local ordinance or police regulations.
