AN ACT relating to delinquent property.
     Amend KRS 134.490 relating to delinquent tax collection on properties, to require the Revenue Cabinet after the expiration of the one (1) year waiting period specified in KRS 134.470 to sell delinquent property after two (2) years but not more than three (3) years after the taxes become delinquent.
