AN ACT relating to occupational license taxes.
     Amend various sections of the KRS Chapters 67, 68, 91, and 92 to permit counties and cities to credit persons they charge an occupational license fee to in an amount up to 125% of the national poverty level designation for a family of four; create a new section of KRS Chapter 65 to require the Department for Local Government to notify local government of that poverty level when it is released.
