AN ACT relating to zoning ordinances.
Amend KRS 100.203 to remove uniformity requirement for zoning regulations, and allow the zoning regulations to empower the planning commission to hear and decide applications for variances or conditional use permits when any aspect of a proposed development requires their approval, rather than doing this by map amendment; allow the planning commission to retain continuing jurisdiction over modifications, revisions or deletions from approved variances, conditional use permits, and conditions of approval attached to them; delete the provisions for the map amendment.
