AN ACT relating to reorganization.
Amend KRS 36.355 to create the Office of Kentucky Veterans' Centers in the Department of Veterans' Affairs; transfer operation of state veterans' nursing homes from the Finance and Administration Cabinet to the Department of Veterans' Affairs; confirm Executive Order 98-1594.
