AN ACT relating to civil actions.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 452 to require that an action to enforce the Fair Credit Reporting Act be brought in the county where the plaintiff resides; amend KRS 24A.120 to give District Courts exclusive jurisdiction over enforcement of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
