AN ACT relating to driver training schools.
     Amend KRS 332.030 to require the Justice Cabinet, upon request by an applicant to operate a driver training school, to review an application and to provide a letter to the applicant that all preliminary requirements have been met, except the liability insurance, to enable the applicant to use the letter in securing insurance.
