AN ACT relating to travel.
Amend KRS 45.101 to require the Finance and Administration Cabinet to reimburse state officers or employees for preapproved overnight lodging while on official in-state business, regardless of the distance traveled.
HB 946 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, R. Palumbo) - Provide that reimbursement for lodging shall not be granted unless the conference or meeting is scheduled to last two or more days and reimbursement shall not be granted if the conference or meeting is occurring within the employees' county of residence.
