AN ACT relating to animal feeding operations.
     Create new sections of subchapter 70 of KRS Chapter 224 to define "animal feeding operation", "animal unit", "CAFO", and "integrator"; establish the thresholds of animals for 1,000 animal units; exempt integrators from liability from complying with permitting CAFOs.
