     Amend various sections of KRS Chapter 42, KRS 45.990, 45A.045, 45A.540, 156.076, 197.210, and 424.260, relating to the organization of the Finance and Administration Cabinet, to establish a Customer Resource Center in the Office of Secretary; create a Division of Surplus Property; rename existing divisions; confirm Executive Order 98-1132 as amended by Executive Order 99-486.
