AN ACT relating to sales tax.
     Amend KRS 139.470 to exempt from sales tax the gross receipts from the sale of intrastate telephonic and telegraphic communications and services to families and individuals with a gross income of less than 125% of the poverty level; EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2000.
