AN ACT proposing an amendment to Section 226 of the Kentucky Constitution relating to lotteries.
     Propose to amend Section 226 of the Kentucky Constitution to allow the General Assembly to permit video lottery terminals; provide that revenue from the terminals shall be used to provide expanded Medicaid coverage to the elderly and working poor.
