AN ACT relating to coal mining.
     Amend KRS 350.060 to require the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet to issue a notice of noncompliance if a permit renewal application has missing or incomplete information; and allow the permit to be renewed within 60 days of receipt of the notice if the necessary information to complete the application is submitted.
