AN ACT relating to hospitalization of individuals with mental illness.
     Amend KRS 202A.081 to prohibit a recommendation from a social worker regarding the release of an individual who is involuntarily hospitalized in a mental institution from superseding the recommendation of the authorized staff physician; amend KRS 202A.181 regarding an involuntary patient on convalescent leave status to conform.
