AN ACT relating to the Transportation Cabinet.
     Amend KRS 176.124, regarding work done by the Department of Highways, to allow department employees to remove, at a property owner's request, any animal carcass, except for domestic livestock, poultry, and fish, that lies within fifty (50) feet of the right-of-way of a state highway.
