AN ACT relating to school funding.
     Amend KRS 157.320 to change school funding calculations from "average daily attendance" to "average daily membership; define "average daily membership" as the number of students enrolled on September 15 of each year divided by the actual number of days the school is in session; include pupils who have attended during the school year but who have been suspended or expelled in the average daily membership; calculate kindergarten pupils in average daily membership who are enrolled on September 15 of each year; amend KRS 157.200, 157.350, 157.360, 157.370, 157.390, 157.621, 157.660, 159.090, 160.345, 160.486, 160.593, and 160.644 to conform.
