AN ACT relating to aquaculture.
Amend KRS 260.960 to specify how the Governor's Office of Agricultural Policy, the Department of Agriculture, and the Kentucky State University Aquaculture Program would promote the development of aquacultural products; require the office, the department, and the program to promulgate administrative regulations relating to administering and implementing aquaculture programs; require semi annual reports to the LRC.
