     AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Amend KRS 11.182, relating to the Kentucky Appalachian Commission, to increase its membership from 45 total members to 48 total members by adding the president of the Council on Postsecondary Education, the president of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, and a member representing the Community Action Agencies of Appalachian Kentucky; confirm reorganization Executive Order 99-42, dated January 12, 1999.
