AN ACT relating to employment provisions.
     Create a new section of Subchapter 20 of KRS Chapter 154 to add specific reporting requirements for Kentucky companies when applying for economic development assistance from the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority, to require annual progress reports from eligible companies, and to make reported information of approved companies open to Kentucky open records law; create a new section of Subchapter 20 of KRS Chapter 154 to require the Cabinet to report to the Legislative Research Commission information on the economic development assistance programs in Subchapters 22, 24, 26, and 28 of KRS Chapter 154 and performance evaluation reports on those programs; amend KRS 154.22-020, KRS 154.24-020, KRS 154.26-015, and KRS 154.28-015 to declare that the objective of these programs is to improve living standards and quality of life for citizens of Kentucky and declare goals that the cabinet shall strive to meet.
