AN ACT relating to employment agencies.
     Amend KRS 340.053 to require an employment agency that accepts a fee from an applicant that has been employed to reasonably assist the applicant, upon request, in obtaining health insurance coverage from the employer or in the individual market; amend KRS 304.170 to require the Kentucky Employment Advisory Council to advise the secretary of the Workforce Development Cabinet on how employment agencies may best assist applicants in obtaining health insurance coverage.
