Direct the LRC to conduct a comprehensive study of the economic development incentive programs authorized by KRS Chapter 154; direct the LRC to assess the degree to which the economic and fiscal impacts can be attributed to incentives received; direct the LRC to determine the wage distribution of companies that have received economic development incentives; conduct a survey of various economic development incentive programs utilized by other states to delineate differing approaches to economic development; require the study to be submitted by October 1, 2001; allow the LRC to alternatively assign the issues identified herein to an interim joint committee or subcommittee thereof.
