HCR 47 (BR 1218) - G. Graham
Direct the Legislative Research Commission to establish a Risk Management Technical Study Group to develop a standard set of issues to be considered in the design and operation of any insurance-type program funded by the Commonwealth; direct that the study group be composed of twelve technical analysts from the Executive and Legislative Branches, state universities, directors of state insurance-type programs, and Legislative Research Commission staff; direct the study group to address certain questions; estimate cost of staff $30,000.
HCR 47 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provisions of the bill except delete the WHEREAS clauses which deal with adequate data collection and accurate information being given to policy makers; remove section 4 from the bill which estimated staffing costs to the LRC to be $30,000; add a new section 4 which conforms to the newly adopted House and Senate rules governing the assignment of issues to interim committees.
