Direct the Kentucky Historical Society, the Division of Historic Properties in the Finance and Administration Cabinet, and the Historic Properties Advisory Commission to plan and implement an appropriate recognition in 2003 of the service of United State Chief Justice Frederick M. Vinson, which may include placing a statute or bust in the State Capitol; require the three agencies to jointly report to the 2002 Regular Session of the General Assembly.
