Direct the Secretary of the Justice Cabinet to convene a study group to make recommendations that will improve and expand the educational programs for incarcerated adults; submit final recommendations by September 1, 2001, to the Interim Committee on Appropriations and Revenue, the Interim Committee on Education, and the Interim Committee on Judiciary.
