Direct the Transportation Cabinet to name KY 114 in Floyd County the "Middle Creek National Battlefield Parkway", to name KY 404 in Floyd County the "Floyd County Civil War Highway", and to name three bridges in Floyd County in honor of Colonel James A. Garfield, Brigadier General Humphrey Marshall, and the Middle Creek National Battleground.
