Reauthorize the Kentucky Aquaculture Task Force; direct that the task force develop a report relating to aquaculture and to the implementation of the State Aquaculture Plan, and submit the report to the Governor and to the LRC by September 1, 2001; and appropriate $5,000 to accomplish the report.
