Direct the University of Kentucky, the Bluegrass Area Development District, and the Lake Cumberland Area Development District to conduct a study of the feasibility and cost of a new state park at Lake Herrington and new state lodges at Lake Herrington and General Burnside Island State Park; submit report to the Interim Joint Committee on Economic Development and Tourism by September 2001; and appropriate $20,000 to fund the study.
