Adopt Rules of Procedure for the House of Representatives for the 2000 Regular Session of the General Assembly.
HR 33 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, D. Ford) - Retain the House Rule 49 requirement that prefiled bills receiving a favorable expression from an interim joint committee shall be considered by the appropriate committee during the first three weeks of the session.
HFA (2, D. Ford) - Amend House Rule 49 to require that prefiled bills receiving a favorable expression from an interim joint committee shall be considered by the appropriate committee within the first 30 legislative days.
HFA (3, D. Ford) - Provide that a bill brought to the floor by discharge petition shall receive its readings and be posted in the Orders of the Day.
