HR 43 (BR 1565) - T. Riner

     Urging lobbyists to honor a moratorium on political fundraising when the Kentucky General Assembly is in session.

HR 43 - AMENDMENTS


     HFA (1, J. Gray) - Amend to state that the House of Representatives urges lobbyists to refrain from supporting political fundraisers of candidates for election to the General Assembly, rather than members of the General Assembly.
     HFA (2, H. Anderson) - Amend to urge lobbyists to refrain from political fundraisers which benefit the political campaigns of any candidate for an elective executive branch position when the General Assembly is in session.
     HFA (3, H. Anderson) - Amend to urge that fundraising not be held at the Governor's Mansion, Lieutenant Governor's Mansion, or other state government property or facility.
     HFA (4, H. Anderson) - Amend to urge the General Assembly and candidates for elective executive branch offices not to participate in political fundraisers 28 days prior to regular or special elections.
     HFA (5, H. Anderson) - Amend to urge lobbyists not to support political fundraisers benefitting the campaigns of any candidate for an elective branch position, urge that fundraisers not be held at the Governor's Mansion, Lieutenant Governor's Mansion, or any other state government property or facility, and urge that members of the General Assembly and candidates for elective executive branch positions not participate in such political fundraisers twenty-eight days preceding a primary or regular election.
     HFA (6, H. Anderson) - Amend to urge that lobbyists not participate in fundraisers for political parties in the 28 days prior to gubernatorial regular or primary elections.
     HFA (7, H. Anderson) - Amend to urge lobbyists not to participate in political party fundraisers, not to attend fundraisers at the Governor's or Lieutenant Governor's Mansion, and not contribute to a gubernatorial slate or candidate for an elective executive branch office.
     HFA (8, H. Anderson) - Amend to urge lobbyists to not contribute to gubernatorial slate or executive branch candidate.
     HFA (9, H. Anderson) - Amend to urge lobbyists not to support fundraisers held at the Governor's or Lieutenant Governor's Mansions.
